Exceptions: We do not ship to Iceland due to complex weather conditions. We are also unable to ship to Ukraine currently.

For Iceland, a shipping fee of at least EUR 80 applies.

Returns and Refunds

1.Order Cancellation

Free cancellation within 48 hours.

After shipping, cancellation incurs a 30%-50% fee deducted from the refund.

2.Damaged Item Returns

Products with broken glass or dented shades cannot be returned.

We offer replacements for damaged parts or items.

If opting to return, a fee of up to 35% may apply, and outbound shipping charges may be deducted from refunds.

3.Refund Timeline

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process.

Dimmable bulbs (e.g., E27, E14, G9) allow lamp dimming with compatible systems.

LED-chip lamps typically offer warm, cool, or dimmable options.

2.Cable Length

Standard cable length is 100cm.

Request longer cables (up to 800cm) when placing orders for free extension.

3.Voltage Compatibility

Voltage is adjusted based on the country:

110V-120V: USA, Canada, Mexico, etc.

220V-240V: UK, Australia, France,Germany， etc.
