Delivery Regions

Products available on woddey.com can be shipped to various countries, including Germany. However, due to complex weather conditions and slower shipping times, a shipping fee of at least €80 is applicable for deliveries to Iceland. Customers in Iceland need to contact us via email at support@woddey.com prior to placing their order. Regrettably, we are currently unable to ship to Ukraine due to ongoing events. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Timeframe:

Europe Country: EU Standard Shipping (8-14 Natural Days)

North American countries: US Standard Shipping (8-14 Natural Days)

Free Shipping Guidelines

We offer free shipping for lamps to Europe Country  and North American countries , excluding Iceland.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Ukraine at this time.

For deliveries to Iceland, a shipping fee of at least €80 applies.

Shipping Process

  • Order Preparation: Upon receiving your order information, we will begin processing your order, which may take 1-2 days. Some customized lamps may require additional preparation time. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a detailed shipping information email, including tracking details.
  • Shipping Methods: Free shipping is provided via Express Shipping, with an estimated shipping time of 8-14 days to most countries, including Germany.

Tariffs

There is a possibility of tariffs for parcels with a maximum side length exceeding 60cm, estimated at around 5%. If tariffs apply, we will cover 20% of the amount. Compensation for Delayed Delivery

In the event of delayed delivery, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and offer compensation of 10% of the order price for the delayed goods. We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your patience.
